Formerly a graphic designer and painter, I've chosen to play the didjeridoo as a profession,
this eucalyptus trunk naturally emptied by termites which comes from the Aboriginal Culture of Australia.
I have arranged my own music with my techniques and intuitions.
I work in theatres and in concerts with solo performances or sessions varying in time and gender.
I also teach how to play this amazing instrument in Italy.
DIDJERIDU ITALIA is the independent brand created in 1997 which produces and promotes Didjeridu Music.
I founded my own atelier in Turin in 1998 with research on didjeridu sounds and harmonics.
My research with didjeridu has led me to meet and share "sound" experiences with: the Aboriginal player Mark Atkins;
the Swedish player Lars Wallin with whom I supported the traditional Aboriginal group White Cockatoo;
the Australian Aboriginal group Wadumbah which I accompanied along their Italian tournée:
the Tibetan Monks and their long metal trumpets met in various events;
the "Fana" wirling Dervish ensemble with which I played a couple of times while they were performing their trance dance;
the Indian tabla player Nihar Mehta guest in my atelier;
the Australian virtuous guitar player Tommy Emanuel with whom I played at the Australian Consulate in Milan.
